Initial Consultation
On arrival, we will greet you and ask you to complete and sign a patient detail form if you have not already done so. Please provide any relevant X-rays and referrals you have to our helpful staff.

Consultation Details
Most initial consultations take 30 minutes; however, depending on the complexity of your condition, the time required may vary. It may be necessary to arrange further X-rays or other tests to assist in your treatment.

Yes. Referrals can assist us with a well-organised management plan in collaboration with your referring practitioner. A referral can come from your General or Specialist Dentist, General Medical Practitioner or other Allied Health Professional. In addition, having a referral is essential in receiving a Medicare rebate for your consultation.
Consultations and treatment bookings are generally separate appointments. We can however, plan treatment after a consultation for certain cases. It will be necessary to discuss your needs with our staff at the time of booking of your appointment so this can be taken into consideration.
This will depend if your procedure will require a local or, in more difficult cases, a general anaesthetic. Your options will be discussed with you at your consultation appointment.
